Chief Engineer

Overall responsibility for the hotel’s Engineering and Maintenance operations.

Ensure smooth functioning and maintenance of all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, STP, fire-fighting and other engineering systems.

Supervise and guide the engineering and maintenance team.

Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.

Coordinate with external agencies, contractors and government authorities as required.

Monitor engineering expenses, energy consumption and maintenance costs.

Maintain all engineering records, licences and statutory documents.

Handle emergency breakdowns and ensure minimum disruption to hotel operations.

Candidates must have a valid PWD Licence and relevant hotel industry experience.

Good knowledge of hotel engineering systems and team management is required.

Pay

Up to ₹38,000.00 per month
