Job Summary

The National Sports Club of India (NSCI) is looking for a courteous and customer-oriented Waiter to provide quality food and beverage service to members and guests. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in a Club, Hotel, Restaurant, or similar hospitality establishment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist members and guests in a polite and professional manner.

Take accurate food and beverage orders.

Serve food and beverages promptly as per service standards.

Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely order service.

Attend to member/guest requests and queries courteously.

Set up, clear and maintain tables and service areas.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Handle billing/payment-related activities as required.

Maintain good knowledge of the menu and beverages.

Assist in events and banquet services when required.

Ensure a high standard of member and guest satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

1–3 years of relevant experience as a Waiter/Steward.

Experience in a Club, Hotel, Restaurant or Hospitality environment preferred.

Good communication and customer-service skills.

Well-groomed and presentable.

Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.

Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
