Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, well-groomed, and guest-focused F&B Stewards to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a passion for providing excellent guest service while maintaining hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and provide courteous, professional service.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen and bar.

Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards.

Prepare tables and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas.

Ensure cutlery, crockery, glassware, and service equipment are clean and ready for use.

Assist with buffet setup, breakfast service, banquets, and other F&B operations.

Develop a good understanding of the menu to assist guests with their queries.

Handle guest requests promptly and coordinate with seniors to resolve concerns.

Follow hotel SOPs, grooming standards, food safety, and hygiene guidelines.

Maintain discipline, punctuality, and teamwork during daily operations.

Skills & Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Good personal grooming and hygiene.

Ability to work in a team and handle busy service hours.

Previous experience in F&B service is an advantage; freshers are welcome.
