We’re essentially building “Sephora for jewelry”. Tanzire is India’s first global marketplace for demi-fine jewelry, curating pieces from over 30 women-owned brands across 25+ countries. We’re reshaping how modern, premium jewelry is discovered and experienced. As we gear up for our next phase of growth—including offline expansion and a stronger omnichannel presence—we’re looking for a Fashion Consultant/Stylist to join our our team into its most exciting chapter yet.

We’re looking for a dynamic, style-savvy Fashion Consultant/Stylist to lead our standalone Kala Ghoda store. This is a high-visibility retail space, and we want someone who blends operational excellence with great customer experience and a deep love for jewelry and fashion. You will play a crucial role in shaping a positive shopping experience for customers, motivating and leading the team, and driving the store’s success.

Role Purpose

At Tanzire, our Stylists are the first point of contact for our customers and first impressions are everything. You will create a warm and inviting experience for our customers that feels just like shopping with your best friend. As a stylist, you are up-to-date on current fashion trends and have the ability to educate our customers on our products and also inspire them to try new things. You are a role model of Tanzire’s brand vision and values both with your team and with every customer you meet.

What You’ll Do?

Deliver best-in-class customer service through curating personalized styling experiences and providing thorough product knowledge

Drive the business through delivering sales and meeting performance metrics including sales per hour, conversion percentage and revenue to target

Educate our customer on Tanzire’s brand story and stay informed and knowledgeable on all of our products, latest launches and specialized services

Work on a team of motivated and collaborative people who are unified by our corporate mission

Assist in efficiently transacting customers with accuracy and diligence

Support in maintaining store appearance and inventory through day-to-day upkeep of visual displays and participation in monthly inventory counts

Collaborate with the marketing team for in-store shoots and assist in UGC shoots

What You’ll Bring

Proven one-year of experience as a fashion consultant

An ability to connect with all of our customers in a authentic and warm way that makes them feel comfortable and keeps them coming back

Strong verbal communication skills and active listening to effectively deliver on our customer needs and work as a team

An ability to learn and retain relevant product knowledge to suggest and style for our customers

Is able to think critically and solution in the moment to deliver on customer and business needs effectively

An ability to meet and exceed key performance indicators including SPH, Conversion, AOV

Ability to pay attention to customer feedback, trends and shares insights with management

Great attention to detail, and a highly organized working style and strong sense of initiative,

Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods of time.

History of successfully participating in and contributing to a positive team working environment

Pay

₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
