What would you do? • • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Black Belt Certification • You will be a part of the Healthcare Claims team which is responsible for the administration of health claims This team is involved in core claim processing such as registering claims editing verification claims evaluation and examination litigation • Collect, collate and evaluate the scientific data gathered as part of R & D. • Advise on legal and scientific restraints and requirements. • Ensure the organization s products comply with current regulations. • Example; Build regulatory submission strategy, author CMC documents, and health authority packages etc.

What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Life Sciences Regulatory Affairs - P1 • • Bachelors Degree. • • 10+ years healthcare operations experience. • • 5+ years leadership experience. • • MBA or Healthcare Administration degree. • • Experience managing multiple delivery functions.

Roles and Responsibilities: • • Provide strategic leadership across G&A, Correspondence, and IDR operations. • • Own delivery, compliance, financial performance, and client relationships. • • Lead operational transformation and automation initiatives. • • Manage governance, audits, and risk mitigation. • • Develop talent pipeline and succession planning. • • Drive business growth and service expansion. • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems. • Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures. • The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads. • Generally interacts with peers and or management levels at a client and or within Accenture. • The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments. • Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams. • Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture. • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
