Key Responsibilities

Assist cooks and chefs in daily kitchen operations.

Wash, clean and cut vegetables, fruits and other ingredients.

Help with mise en place and preparation of ingredients.

Assist in preparation of basic food items as instructed by the cook.

Help with packing and labelling food orders for delivery.

Ensure proper portioning and packing as per order requirements.

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, workstations, utensils and equipment.

Wash and clean vessels, utensils and kitchen equipment.

Follow proper veg and non-veg food handling procedures.

Keep raw materials and kitchen supplies properly organized.

Assist in receiving, checking and storing raw materials.

Maintain proper hygiene, including clean uniform, apron, gloves and hair covering.

Help maintain stock and inform the supervisor when ingredients are running low.

Support the kitchen team during peak hours and high-order periods.

Follow instructions from the Chef/Kitchen Supervisor and maintain discipline at work.

Required Skills

Working Conditions

Shift-based working

Weekend and festival working may be required

Pay

₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
