About the Role
We're hiring an Operations Support Executive. This role works closely with Service Managers to support and manage operations at client locations. The candidate will handle customer service, support & operations.

- Monday to Saturday (Day Shift)

- 0–5 Year
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in customer service, support & operations
- Strong verbal and written communication with good interpersonal skills.
- Professional and courteous phone etiquette, behaviour, and attitude.
- Hands-on experience in MIS reporting.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, incidents, and service requests for reporting and follow-up purposes.
