About the internship

Aureva Capital Private Limited is a Mumbai-based wealth management and financial advisory firm dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals through personalized advice, technology-driven insights, and a comprehensive range of investment solutions. The company is developing a next-generation mutual fund investment platform aimed at simplifying investing while offering transparency and greater control over the wealth journey for an underserved segment of the Indian market.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

• Develop a full-stack mutual fund investment platform from scratch for real-world users
• Build a responsive financial portal using Next.js and Node.js
• Design and manage a PostgreSQL relational database ensuring data integrity for user portfolios
• Implement industry-standard security protocols including OAuth2 and multi-factor authentication
• Integrate financial APIs for KYC, payments, and mutual fund transactions
• Collaborate with the founder to translate business requirements into functional technical features
• Participate in building and launching the Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
• Contribute to onboarding initial users and incorporating product feedback into development
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and deployment processes

Other requirements

• Proficiency in TypeScript, React or Next.js, and Node.js is expected
• A clear understanding of SQL and relational database concepts is required
• A strong sense of ownership towards work and accountability for code quality is essential
• Interest in solving complex technical problems in a fast-paced environment is important
• Familiarity with React Native or D3.js for financial charting is considered beneficial
• Willingness to work on a real-world fintech product with practical implementation exposure
