About the Role

FinX Institute is looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Student Relationship Officer to join our team in Fort, Mumbai. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience who are passionate about interacting with students, counselling them on career and course opportunities, and building strong student relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with prospective and existing students through calls, messages, emails, and face-to-face meetings.

Understand students' educational background, career goals, and requirements.

Provide information and guidance about available courses, programs, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.

Follow up with prospective students and assist them throughout the admission process.

Maintain regular communication with students and ensure a positive student experience.

Handle student queries and resolve basic concerns promptly.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions, enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.

Coordinate with the academic, admissions, and marketing teams as required.

Support student engagement activities, seminars, workshops, orientations, and other institute events.

Achieve assigned enquiry conversion and admission-related targets.

Candidate Profile

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in student counselling, education sales, customer relationship management, telecalling, or a similar role are preferred.

Graduate in any discipline.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable speaking with students and parents over the phone and in person.

Good follow-up and relationship-building abilities.

Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools will be an advantage.
