Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of medical centers across multiple locations and countries
- Provide strategic leadership in medical service delivery and quality assurance
- Mentor, coach, and manage a team of medical doctors to drive excellence
- Ensure compliance with global healthcare regulations and implement best practices
- Develop and implement new clinical programs and medical policies
- Work closely with Health Information Systems (HIS) and integrate technology-driven solutions
- Participate in budget planning, cost management, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Represent the organization in medical societies, professional networks, and global healthcare forums
Qualifications & Skills
MBBS from a Government Medical College (Mandatory)
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience (preferred)
Proven experience in managing and leading medical teams
Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
Strong knowledge of Health Information Systems (HIS) and tech-savviness
Willingness to travel internationally as needed
