Nee Designss is looking for a Sales & Business Growth Manager who can take ownership of driving revenue and creating new growth opportunities for the brand.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and overall business growth.

Build partnerships and collaborations that can bring new customers and sales.

Develop strategies for store footfall, website conversions, customer acquisition, and repeat purchases.

Analyse sales and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Work with the marketing team to turn campaigns into measurable sales.

Take ideas from strategy to execution and track results.

Achieve monthly sales and growth targets.

We’re Looking For

Someone who is strategic, proactive, well-connected, target-driven, and entrepreneurial someone who doesn't just manage customers but actively thinks about how to grow Nee Designss and brings ideas that can be implemented.

Fashion / D2C / Luxury / Retail experience preferred.
