1 Greet and attend to walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner

2 Handle incoming inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms

3 Manage appointment scheduling and studio bookings efficiently

4 Maintain and update client records and database

5 Coordinate with trainers regarding class schedules and client requirements

6 Assist clients with basic information about Pilates programs, packages, and studio services 7 Ensure proper follow-ups with clients for appointments and inquiries

8 Handle front desk operations including check-ins and registrations

9 Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

10 Support promotional activities and client engagement initiatives

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
