What would you do? • • Subject Matter Expert having End to end knowledge on cataloging, Vendor onboarding, and amendment • • Handling queries regarding the process • • Connecting with End user or supplier to investigate and find a resolution • • Addressing the Helpdesk queries regarding cataloging, Vendor onboarding, and amendment in a timely manner • • Training new joiners & reporting daily metrices • • Act as a single point of expertise for all vendor-related processes, providing timely guidance and resolution to stakeholders and team members • • Ensure adherence to defined SLAs, compliance standards, and organizational policies across vendor management activities • • Strengthen process efficiency by identifying gaps, proposing improvements, and driving standardization initiatives • Promote adoption of tools, automation, and best practices to improve process efficiency and reduce manual effort

What are we looking for? • Graduation any stream • Good computer literacy (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint). • 5-7 years as a lead in middle sized or large Procurement Operations engagement • Good interpersonal skills (needs to be able to build relationships over the phone without meeting suppliers, customers on a regular basis) • Analytical background • Knowledge of SAP-S4 Hanna, Procurement ERP • Knowledge Ticketing tool - Service now • Vendor Master data Management • Cataloging and Vendor management knowledge understanding the up-stream and the downstream process• Multi-tasking and problem-solving mindset • Initiative & team person

Roles and Responsibilities: • • To be accountable for maintaining quality and service standards to support the overall Accenture-Client(s) relationship and to deliver continuous improvement • • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills. • • Finding solution to critical problems • • Work with different departments to get the query resolved in a timely manner • • Analysing daily dashboards, reports to find out critical stakeholder, query and work toward resolution • • Working on a ticketing tool • • Training or providing refreshers to existing or new employees in the team • • Support in other Accenture Operations areas: Operational Excellence, Maintaining Dashboards, Reporting • • Maintain Client Data Protection standards • • Quick learning & full usage of project specific tools and templates • • Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and knowledge repositories for standardization • • Conduct quality checks and periodic audits to ensure adherence to defined processes • • Provide actionable feedback to team members and contribute to team capability development • • Prepare and present reports, dashboards for leadership reviews • • Act as the escalation point for complex or high-impact vendor issues and drive resolution within agreed timelines
