LAPTOP & DESKTOP REPAIR TECHNICIAN – FIELD SERVICE

We are looking for skilled and experienced Laptop & Desktop Repair Technicians for HP and Dell systems. The technician will be responsible for both workshop and field-service jobs, including customer-site visits.

Key Skills Required

Hands-on experience in HP & Dell Laptop and Desktop repair

Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and diagnosis

Laptop/Desktop motherboard troubleshooting and component-level repair

Knowledge of SMPS, RAM, HDD/SSD, CPU, motherboard, and power-related issues

Laptop display, keyboard, touchpad, battery, charging, and DC jack replacement/repair

Experience in Windows installation, formatting, and software troubleshooting

Driver installation, BIOS configuration and system optimization

Data backup, OS installation and basic data recovery knowledge

Troubleshooting of boot failure, blue screen, overheating, no display, and power issues

Printer, networking, and peripheral troubleshooting will be an added advantage

Ability to diagnose problems and provide appropriate repair solutions at customer locations

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Ability to prepare service reports and explain repair requirements to customers

Mandatory Requirement

Own Bike/Two-Wheeler is MANDATORY

The technician must have their own bike/two-wheeler and a valid driving licence because the job involves regular field visits to customer locations.

Preferred Experience

1–5 years of relevant experience in laptop & desktop repair

Experience with HP and Dell systems preferred

Candidates with strong practical repair skills and field-service experience will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities

Visit customer sites for laptop/desktop service calls

Diagnose and repair HP & Dell systems

Perform hardware and software troubleshooting

Replace defective components and parts

Maintain service records and job reports

Coordinate with the service team regarding field assignments

Ensure professional customer service and timely completion of service calls
