Position Overview

We are looking for Cooks/ Assistant Cooks for Pantry, Tandoor, Continental, Chinese, North & South Indian cuisines.

Roles & Responsibility includes -

• Preparing/ cooking different kinds of food as per the menu for members and guests.
• The Cook will be responsible for the entire food preparation/ cooking and Assistant Cook for assisting the Cook.
• Thoroughly wash all perishable items like vegetables, fruits, chicken, mutton, fish etc., before preparation/cooking.
• Accord top priority to hygiene during preparation of any item in the kitchen.
• To maintain all kitchen equipment in a clean and hygienic condition.
• Avoiding wastage of grocery, consumables, materials and all other items used for cooking.
• Responsible for indenting and distributing of production items in the kitchen with the permission of the Executive Chef /F&B Manager.
• To get ready with mise-en-plas (ingredients) before preparations for cooking.
• To protect and maintain utensils, material and equipment in the Kitchen.
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned to you by your superiors.

Job Specification

Preferably 12th Std. but any qualification accepted

5+ years of experience in related field

Should be able to join within 15 days’ time
