NATICA is looking for an E-commerce Operations Manager/Executive to manage and streamline our online business operations across D2C and marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Shopify store operations – products, inventory, orders, pricing and promotions.

Manage marketplace operations such as Myntra and other online platforms.

Handle inventory management through Unicommerce.

Manage warehouse operations, stock movement, order processing and returns.

Coordinate barcode generation, SKU creation, tagging and inventory accuracy.

Monitor order fulfilment, cancellations, returns and RTOs.

Coordinate with warehouse, marketplace and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain accurate SKU, stock and product data across all channels.

Identify operational gaps and improve processes, efficiency and customer experience.

Manager Forward/Return Orders

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, preferably in women’s fashion/apparel.

Hands-on experience with Shopify, marketplaces and Unicommerce.

Good understanding of inventory, SKU, barcode and warehouse management.

Strong attention to detail and excellent coordination skills.

Someone who is hands-on, organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-growing fashion brand.
