This role bridges the gap between production output and customer fulfillment, ensuring flawless warehouse execution, optimized inventory accuracy, and a highly efficient pan-India logistics network.

Budget & Cost Ownership: Manage the total logistics and warehousing cost centers, driving initiatives to reduce freight cost-per-unit, transit damages, and storage overheads.
Compliance & Safety: Maintain 100% statutory, tax (GST/E-way bills), and safety compliance across all storage facilities and transit operations.

Master-level expertise in inventory modeling, safety stock management, and distribution resource planning (DRP).
Strong negotiation and contract management skills with large scale 3PL and transport vendors.
Sharp analytical acumen to turn complex logistics data into actionable cost-saving strategies.
Solid experience handling the unique distribution challenges of the consumer appliances space (fragile handling, volume sizing, and high seasonal peaks).

- Enterprise Ownership
- Complete autonomy to shape the physical storage and distribution roadmap for a scaling brand.
C-Suite Track: High-impact visibility, reporting into the senior operations leadership team with a clear line of sight to corporate objectives.
Key Performance Metrics: Evaluated against Inventory Accuracy (99.5%+), Logistics Cost-as-a-% of Revenue, Order Fulfillment Cycle Time, Transit Damage Reductions, and 3PL SLA Adherence.
