About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join team. You will play a key role in optimizing digital advertising campaigns, managing programmatic ad buying, and driving customer acquisition through various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of programmatic advertising, data analysis, and a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns

Project Management & Implementation

Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and closure for regulated reporting program implementations

Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines and tracking tools

Manage project scope, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure compliance with project management standards and regulatory requirements

Monitor project progress against KPIs and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

Utilize project management software and tools (Microsoft Project, Hive, or similar platforms)

Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making and stakeholder communication

Qualifications

Required qualification

PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) – current and active

Minimum 4 years of project management experience

Proven experience managing complex, multi-phase implementations in regulated environments

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall)

Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships in professional settings

Ability to work Central Time US business hours
