REQUIRED SKILLS

Excellent voice communication and customer-handling skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Basic computer proficiency.

Working knowledge of MS Office.

Minimum typing speed of 20 WPM with 80% accuracy.

Ability to handle customer queries professionally and provide effective solutions.

TRANSPORTATION Two-way transportation provided. Transport facility available up to 30 KM.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Respond to inbound customer inquiries using cloud-based tools.

Review customer accounts, research policies, and provide effective solutions.

Deliver timely, accurate, and professional customer service.

Document customer interaction topics and actions accurately in the relevant tools.

Handle difficult customer interactions positively and professionally.

Escalate issues appropriately when required. Maintain productivity, quality, and process standards.
