Description
Visnaix is looking for Customer Support Executives to assist customers, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth experience with our AI-powered products and services.
Key Responsibilities -
Handle customer queries through email, chat, and phone
Understand and resolve customer issues efficiently -
Provide product guidance and basic troubleshooting
Escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- 0–3 years of experience in customer support or a related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
