About the Role

We are looking for an HR Intern/Trainee who wants to gain practical, hands-on experience in HR and HR Operations. You will get exposure to recruitment as well as day-to-day HR operations while working closely with the HR team.

What You Will Learn & Work On

Candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.

Interview scheduling and candidate coordination.

Recruitment and onboarding processes.

Employee documentation and record management.

Attendance and leave management.

Employee communication and follow-ups.

Maintaining HR files, trackers, and records.

Supporting payroll-related data and HR reports.

Employee engagement and internal HR activities.

Day-to-day HR Operations and administrative tasks.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Freshers and students interested in HR are welcome.

Note: The initial 2-month training period will be unpaid. The role is focused on providing practical exposure and hands-on learning in Recruitment and HR Operations. Based on performance, further opportunities with the company may be considered.
