Kitchen Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances after use.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items using industrial dishwashers or manual methods.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Ensure proper disposal and handling of waste and recycling materials.
• Stock and organize kitchen supplies, including cleaning materials and ingredients.
• Help set up and break down kitchen stations before and after shifts.
• Assist staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and reorder as necessary.
• Ensure that all cleaning equipment is used and maintained properly.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Report any kitchen equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
