Store Executive / Store In-Charge – Factory

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day factory store operations.
• Receive, inspect and maintain incoming materials.
• Maintain proper stock records and inventory.
• Issue materials to the respective departments as required.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Maintain GRN, material inward/outward and stock documentation.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production and Accounts teams.
• Ensure proper storage, identification and organisation of materials.
• Maintain accurate Excel-based inventory reports.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in factory/manufacturing stores preferred.
• Good knowledge of inventory and material management.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Salary

₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience.
