Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description

• Research potential customers, distributors, hospitals, institutions, and markets.

• Generate leads through databases, references, exhibitions, digital platforms, and industry networks.

• Contact prospective clients and introduce pharmaceutical products and services.

• Collect customer requirements related to products, pricing, documentation, and supply.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, product presentations, and basic business documents.

• Coordinate with RA, QA, QC, Production, Supply Chain, and other departments for routine requirements.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers and update records.

• Update leads, customer details, enquiries, follow-ups, and activities in CRM/tracker.

• Prepare daily/weekly activity reports and submit them to Senior Executive.

• Complete assigned targets and work under the guidance of Senior Executive.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or pharmaceutical sales; freshers with relevant knowledge may also be considered.
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products, customers, distributors, hospitals, and institutional markets.
• Ability to generate leads, communicate with prospects, collect requirements, and maintain CRM records.
• Good communication, presentation, networking, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.

Pay

₹11,597.03 - ₹40,975.99 per month
