Job Summary

Genarc Nutrition is looking for an experienced Store Manager / E-Commerce Operations Manager to manage day-to-day store, inventory, order fulfillment and e-commerce operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Shiprocket, NDR/RTO management, courier coordination and inventory management and should be capable of independently handling end-to-end e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store and e-commerce operations.
• Handle order processing, packing, dispatch and shipment tracking.
• Manage shipments through Shiprocket.
• Analyze RTO reasons and take effective actions to reduce RTO percentage.
• Monitor successful delivery rates and improve shipment performance.
• Maintain accurate inventory and conduct regular stock reconciliation.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and minimize dispatch/order errors.
• Track pending, cancelled, undelivered and RTO orders.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for orders, dispatch, RTO, NDR and inventory.
• Coordinate with the e-commerce/customer support team regarding delivery issues.
• Manage stock inward/outward and ensure proper product storage.
• Identify operational issues and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce Operations, Store Management, Warehouse Operations or D2C operations.
• Strong practical knowledge of Shiprocket is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in RTO and NDR management.
• Proven experience in reducing RTO and improving successful delivery rates.
• Good understanding of e-commerce order fulfillment and courier operations.
• Experience in inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates with D2C / FMCG / Nutrition / E-commerce brand experience will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for someone who understands end-to-end e-commerce operations, particularly Shiprocket, courier management, NDR handling and RTO reduction, rather than someone with only traditional store/warehouse experience.

As per experience and skill set.
