Office Location: Goregaon East Salary as per Interview: 18k to 25k Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, ApnaJobs , and other platforms. Recruit for BFSI roles such as Relationship Manager, Branch Manager, Credit Manager, Loan Officer, Sales Officer, Financial Analyst, Insurance Advisor, and Operations Executive . Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements. Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers/clients. Manage candidate follow-ups, interview feedback, offers, and joining. Maintain recruitment trackers and build a strong BFSI candidate pipeline .
