JOB DESCRIPTION for COLLECTION TELE-CALLER
- Contact customers via dialer/phone to inform them of overdue accounts and payment status.
- Negotiate for overdue payments and settlements within established guidelines.
- Update customer information and payment records in the system.
- Follow up on established payment arrangements with customers.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and disputes regarding payments.
