Job Title: HR Executive Location: Noida Sector 15 Company: NetAmbit Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 6:00 PM Experience - 1 year Compensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives Job Description: NetAmbit is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive / HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk, BPO, mass, sales, and lateral hiring requirements. Key Responsibilities:  Handle bulk, mass, BPO, sales, and lateral hiring as per business requirements  Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases  Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews  Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups  Manage joining formalities and documentation  Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers  Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets  Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline Requirements:  Experience in bulk/mass/BPO/sales recruitment preferred  Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets  Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques Work Details: Job Type: Full-time Shift: Day shift Location: NetAmbit Value First Services Private Limited Office Address- 4th Floor, Plot No-171/2, Sector-15 Noida- 201301 Nearest Noida sector-15 Metro Station Gate No-2 Exit
