We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer who can take ownership of development, API integrations, deployment and production support. Role OverviewAs a Full Stack Web Developer, you will work across the complete technology stack of MozoPost. You will be responsible for: Building frontend features using React.js Developing backend APIs using Node.js Working with MongoDB Integrating courier and third-party APIs Developing and maintaining webhooks Deploying applications on Hostinger Managing production applications and troubleshooting issues Improving application performance, reliability and security Working closely with the Product, Operations and Business teams We are looking for someone who can develop, deploy and maintain production applications , not just write code. Key Responsibilities1. Frontend DevelopmentDevelop and maintain MozoPost's Seller Panel . Develop and maintain the Admin Panel . Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js . Convert business requirements into functional UI features. Develop reusable React components. Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs. Handle frontend validation and error states. Improve page performance and user experience. Fix UI bugs and production issues. 2. Backend DevelopmentDevelop and maintain backend services using Node.js . Build secure and scalable REST APIs. Develop business logic for MozoPost's platform. Implement authentication and authorization. Handle API validation and error management. Develop background processes where required. Build and maintain webhook systems. Maintain API documentation. Debug backend and production issues. 3. MongoDBDesign appropriate MongoDB data structures. Create and maintain collections and indexes. Write efficient MongoDB queries. Work with aggregation pipelines. Optimize database performance. Handle large-volume data efficiently. Maintain data integrity and consistency. 4. Courier & Third-Party IntegrationsYou will work on integrations with courier and other external systems. Responsibilities include: Integrating courier APIs. Shipment creation APIs. AWB generation integrations. Tracking APIs. Webhook integrations. Status mapping and normalization. API authentication. Error handling and retry mechanisms. Logging API requests/responses where required. Troubleshooting failed API calls. Maintaining integrations when third-party APIs change. Experience with logistics/e-commerce APIs will be an advantage. 5. Deployment & Server Management — ImportantThe candidate must have practical knowledge of deploying and maintaining applications on a Hostinger server . Production SupportMonitor application health and performance. Investigate production errors. Analyze application/server logs. Identify and resolve API failures. Troubleshoot database issues. Fix critical production bugs. Coordinate with the Operations team when technology issues affect shipments or sellers. Ensure production fixes are properly tested before deployment. Maintain stable production environments. 7. SecurityThe candidate should understand basic web application security, including: Authentication Authorization API security Secure password handling Environment variables Input validation API access control Basic protection against common web vulnerabilities Secure handling of sensitive seller/customer information 8.
