Inside Sales Associate – B2B Sales Role Overview We are looking for a target-oriented Inside Sales Associate to handle B2B lead generation, client pitching, follow-ups, and sales conversion through calls and online communication. Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound calls and online sources. Pitch Hoora’s products/services to potential business clients. Understand client requirements and handle sales queries. Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain the sales pipeline. Negotiate and close B2B deals. Maintain lead/customer records and daily sales reports. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Candidate RequirementsGraduate / MBA preferred. 0–2 years of B2B/Inside Sales experience ; freshers with strong sales skills can apply. Excellent communication and convincing skills. Strong follow-up, negotiation, and closing ability. Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets. Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets/Excel. Employment Type Full-Time
