Job Description — Client Relationship Executive

About the role

We are hiring a Client Relationship Executive to stay with every client after onboarding: collecting payments, keeping them updated until the work is complete, and closing each file with a review.

Taxcrafted Solutions is a pan-India compliance services company based in Delhi, offering company incorporation, GST registration, FSSAI licensing, trademark registration, ISO certification and company compliance. Our sister brand, MediaNuts, provides digital marketing services.

Key responsibilities

You will be the client's main point of contact from onboarding to closure

  • Welcome the client — Call every new client within 24 hours of onboarding. Introduce yourself, confirm the service taken and explain the next steps.
  • Collect payments — Follow up on pending and balance payments on time. Share payment links and invoices, and update payment status in the tracker.
  • Keep the client updated — Inform the client at each stage: documents received, application filed, query raised, approval received.
  • Coordinate with the team — Check work status with the Operations Manager and the service team, and flag any delay or missing document early.
  • Confirm delivery — Make sure the client receives the final certificate or deliverable and is satisfied with it.
  • Collect reviews & feedback — Request a Google review and feedback from every client at closure.
  • Spot repeat business — Note renewal dates and upsell opportunities (compliance, trademark, MediaNuts services) and pass them to sales.

You will also share a daily update on payments collected, files closed and reviews received.

Must have

  • Graduate in any stream
  • 1–2 years in client servicing, customer support, collections or tele-calling
  • Clear, polite communication in Hindi and English, on calls and WhatsApp
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel and following up daily

Good to have

  • Experience at a CA firm, compliance or legal services company
  • Basic understanding of GST, FSSAI, trademark or company registration

Qualities

  • Patient and friendly, but firm on payments
  • Organised: never misses a follow-up
  • Takes ownership until the client is happy

Salary & how to apply

  • Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
