Aesthetic Clinic Therapist

About the Role

BallDerma Aesthetic Clinic is looking for an experienced Aesthetic Therapist with hands-on experience in skin, laser and aesthetic treatments.

Key Responsibilities

Perform aesthetic treatments as per clinic protocols and training.

Assist with HydraFacial and advanced facial treatments.

Perform laser hair reduction where appropriately trained and authorised.

Assist with skin treatments and chemical peel preparation.

Prepare patients and treatment rooms before procedures.

Assist doctors during treatments when required.

Explain basic treatment preparation and aftercare instructions approved by the doctor.

Maintain strict hygiene and sanitisation standards.

Clean and prepare aesthetic machines and treatment equipment.

Maintain treatment records accurately.

Monitor treatment-room consumables.

Ensure patients remain comfortable throughout treatments.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses and front desk staff.

Candidate Requirements

1 to 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Previous aesthetic, dermatology, skin, laser or cosmetology clinic experience preferred.

Hands-on experience with aesthetic treatments.

HydraFacial experience preferred.

Laser hair reduction experience preferred.

Good patient-handling and communication skills.

Professional grooming and presentation.

Strong understanding of hygiene and treatment-room protocols.

₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
