About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join our team at T2, Mumbai Airport. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Promote products and explain features, benefits, offers, and promotions.

Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.

Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.

Manage billing and basic cash/POS transactions as required.

Maintain adequate product stock and coordinate with the team for replenishment.

Follow company policies, airport guidelines, and retail procedures.

Build positive relationships with customers and contribute to a strong shopping experience.

Candidate Requirements

Prior experience in retail sales, hospitality, luxury retail, FMCG, or customer service will be an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Presentable personality with a customer-friendly approach.

Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Ability to work in a fast-paced airport retail environment.

Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
