About the Role

We are looking for an intern to work with the team building TraiinX, our AI-powered enterprise learning and employee development platform.

This is not a recruitment or traditional HR operations internship.

The role sits at the intersection of HR, Learning & Development, Product and User Experience.

You will help us understand how employees, HR teams, managers and trainers should use the platform and help translate those requirements into simple user journeys, workflows and product ideas.

What You Will Work On

Map learner, HR, manager and trainer journeys

Research HRMS, LMS and employee-learning platforms

Help identify features required by HR and L&D teams

Create simple flowcharts and user journeys

Research employee onboarding and learning experiences

Help document product requirements and use cases

Review TraiinX screens and identify usability issues

Help organise feedback from HR teams and users

Work with the product, UX and development teams

Research competitor HR-tech and learning-tech products

Assist with dashboards, reports, learning journeys and employee workflows

Explore how AI can simplify HR and learning processes

What We Are Looking For

Good communication skills

Curiosity about HR, technology and AI

Ability to understand a user's problem

Basic understanding of user journeys or workflows

Comfortable researching products and presenting findings

Basic PowerPoint / Google Slides / documentation skills

Willingness to learn product thinking

Attention to detail

Ability to work closely with different teams

Basic exposure to Figma, Miro, HRMS, LMS, UX, AI tools or product management is useful but not mandatory.
