Position Overview
Dr. Aravind’s IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Center is looking for an experienced IVF Specialist / Gynecologist to provide gynecological and fertility-related clinical care at our Hebbal location.
The position is suitable for a qualified medical professional with at least 2 years of hospital experience, strong patient communication skills, and an interest in fertility and reproductive healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct consultations and evaluate patients presenting with gynecological and fertility-related concerns.
Review medical history, clinical findings, investigations, and previous treatment details.
Assess patients and develop appropriate care plans within the scope of practice.
Counsel couples regarding fertility evaluation, treatment options, and follow-up care.
Coordinate with embryology, nursing, laboratory, and other clinical teams when required.
Monitor patient progress during the course of treatment.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Explain investigations, procedures, medications, and follow-up instructions clearly to patients.
Participate in fertility-related clinical procedures as appropriate to qualifications and experience.
Follow established clinical, patient-safety, and infection-control practices.
Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards at all times.
Candidate Requirements
MBBS with relevant postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology / equivalent fertility-related specialization.
IVF / fertility experience is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of hospital or clinical experience.
Strong communication and patient-counselling abilities.
Good clinical judgment and team coordination skills.
Comfortable working in a fertility and reproductive healthcare environment.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
