Job Summary

Chai Days Cafe India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Graphic Design Executive to manage our digital presence and create compelling visual content. The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design skills, experience managing social media platforms, and a passion for building engaging brand campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design high-quality social media posts, banners, flyers, menus, standees, and other marketing materials.

Create engaging content including reels, stories, videos, and promotional campaigns.

Manage the company's social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.

Plan and execute monthly content calendars.

Coordinate product photography and promotional video shoots.

Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print communication.

Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.

Stay updated on the latest design trends, social media trends, and digital marketing best practices.

Support marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and new outlet launches.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design and Social Media Management.

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or CorelDRAW.

Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar tools.

Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.

Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and basic Meta Ads is preferred.

Excellent creativity, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience in the F&B, Retail, or Hospitality industry is an added advantage.
