About the Role We are looking for a skilled and patient-focused Dermatologist / Aesthetic Physician to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on clinical experience in

Aesthetic dermatology,

Lip Fillers,

Botox, and

Hair Transplantation.

You will be responsible for consulting with patients, understanding their aesthetic and dermatological concerns, recommending appropriate treatments, and delivering safe, high-quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities -

Conduct consultations and assess patients' aesthetic and dermatological concerns.

• Perform Botox treatments safely and effectively.
• Perform lip filler and other dermal filler procedures.
• Assist with or perform hair transplant procedures, depending on experience and training.
• Develop appropriate treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Explain procedures, expected outcomes, risks, aftercare, and recovery to patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Follow strict hygiene, sterilization, and patient-safety protocols.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Handle patient follow-ups and address treatment-related concerns professionally.
• Maintain a high standard of patient experience and clinical care.

Required Qualifications

• MBBS with relevant Dermatology / Aesthetic Medicine qualification, as applicable.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant hands-on experience.
• Practical experience with: - Lip fillers / dermal fillers - Botox - Hair transplantation - Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic treatment principles.
• Good patient communication and consultation skills.
• Ability to assess patients and recommend suitable treatments responsibly. - Strong attention to hygiene, safety, and clinical protocols.
• Professional, ethical, and patient-centric approach. Preferred Skills - Experience with other facial aesthetic procedures.
• Strong understanding of facial aesthetics and proportions.
• Experience handling consultations and converting treatment plans ethically.
• Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
• Ability to work effectively in a clinic environment. What We Offer
