Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Data Entry & Warehouse Executive to support our warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of orders, inventory, inward and outward stock, returns, and other warehouse-related data.

The role requires basic computer knowledge, good Excel skills, accuracy in data entry, and coordination with the warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update daily warehouse data in Excel, Google Sheets, ERP/WMS or company software.

Maintain records of inward and outward stock, orders, dispatches, returns and inventory.

Verify physical stock and system records and report any mismatch to the supervisor.

Process and update e-commerce orders and shipment-related information.

Maintain records of courier/AWB details, invoices, labels and other dispatch documents.

Record customer returns and RTOs and update their status in the system.

Prepare daily stock, order, dispatch and return reports.

Coordinate with warehouse staff for accurate stock and order information.

Check data for errors and ensure all entries are completed accurately and on time.

Maintain proper filing of warehouse documents and records.

Assist in stock counting and reconciliation whenever required.

Support other day-to-day warehouse and data-entry activities assigned by the supervisor or management.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Good typing speed and accuracy.

Basic computer knowledge.

Good attention to detail.

Ability to maintain records and handle repetitive data-entry work.

Basic understanding of inventory and warehouse operations.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate.

Experience

0–2 years in data entry, warehouse, e-commerce, logistics or inventory operations.

Freshers with good computer and Excel skills can also apply.

Preferred Knowledge

Excel functions such as filters, sorting and basic formulas.

Experience with e-commerce platforms, ERP/WMS or inventory software will be an advantage.

Previous experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or other e-commerce operations will be preferred.

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
