KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Receive scanned copies of invoices and register them in the System. Process vendor invoices in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) ensuring accuracy in pricing, tax, currency, and coding. Perform 2-way/3-way matching for invoices and record entries in ERP. Handle non-PO invoices, credit notes & debit notes. Ensure compliance with tax regulations (VAT/WHT) and company policies.
