About the Role

Abhinav Air Cooler is looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage the complete accounting and financial activities of our air-cooler manufacturing business.

The candidate should have practical experience in GST, invoicing, billing, purchase \& sales accounting, inventory, vendor/customer accounts, TDS, bank reconciliation and monthly financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Sales \& Billing

• Prepare sales invoices, quotations and delivery-related documents.
• Manage B2B dealer/distributor billing.
• Handle credit notes, debit notes, discounts and returns.
• Maintain customer ledgers and outstanding payments.
• Reconcile sales with dispatch and collection records.

Purchase \& Vendor Accounting

• Record purchase invoices and expenses.
• Maintain vendor ledgers.
• Verify purchase bills against purchase orders and material received.
• Manage vendor payments and outstanding balances.

GST \& Taxation

• Manage GST-related accounting and documentation.
• Prepare data for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• Verify GST input tax credit.
• Handle TDS calculations and records.
• Coordinate with CA/tax consultant for statutory compliance.

Inventory \& Stock Accounting

• Maintain accounting records for raw materials, components and finished air coolers.
• Track purchases, production, sales and stock movement.
• Reconcile physical stock with accounting/ERP records.
• Monitor stock discrepancies and adjustments.
• Coordinate with purchase, production and warehouse teams.

Banking \& Cash Management

• Bank reconciliation.
• Cash and petty-cash management.
• Track UPI, NEFT/RTGS and other collections.
• Monitor customer collections and vendor payments.

Manufacturing Accounts

• Maintain production-related accounting records.
• Track raw-material consumption and finished-goods inventory.
• Assist in calculating product/manufacturing costs.
• Maintain records for job work, labour and manufacturing expenses.

MIS \& Management Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Prepare outstanding reports.
• Prepare purchase and expense reports.
• Provide stock and financial MIS to management.
• Assist management in cost and profitability analysis.

Preferred Candidate

B.Com / M.Com with 2–5 years of relevant experience.

Experience in manufacturing, electrical appliances, air coolers, consumer durables or FMCG will be an advantage.
