Position Overview

We are looking for an Executive – ERP with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of ERP systems, advanced Excel, accounting, invoicing, inventory and manufacturing data. The role will involve maintaining accurate ERP transactions, generating MIS reports and supporting management with reliable operational and financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day ERP transactions and data entry across purchase, sales, inventory, production and accounts-related activities.
• Prepare and analyze manufacturing-related reports covering production, sales, inventory, purchase, rejection, consumption and costs.
• Handle sales invoicing, purchase entries, sales orders, purchase orders, GRN and related ERP transactions.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Purchase, Stores, Production, Quality and Sales teams to ensure proper ERP data flow.
• Support inventory accounting and reconciliation between physical stock, Stores records and ERP.
• Monitor material receipts, issues, stock levels and consumption through ERP.
• Assist with accounts-related activities, including ledger entries, customer/vendor reconciliation, payment/receipt records and basic accounting documentation.
• Verify invoices, purchase documents, GRNs and supporting documents for accuracy before processing.
• Prepare customer invoices, debit/credit notes and other commercial documentation as required.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and analytical reports for management.
• Use advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, conditional formulas and data analysis tools.
• Support preparation of production, rejection, sales, inventory and cost-related reports.
• Assist in ERP implementation, module improvements, report customization and process standardization.
• Identify opportunities to improve ERP processes, reporting accuracy and data visibility.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in ERP/MIS operations in a manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel is essential.

• Production and material consumption data
• Experience with Tally/ERP accounting modules will be an added advantage.

• Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional manufacturing teams.
• Ability to independently manage ERP/MIS activities and meet reporting deadlines.
