Telecaller / Customer Support Executive (Fluent in Gujarati & English)

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to clients, business partners, and registered prospects.
• Clearly communicate campaign briefs, product details, or service information in Gujarati.
• Handle customer queries with a professional, polite, and solution-oriented approach.
• Maintain accurate records of call dispositions, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM/tracker.
• Coordinate with internal team leads for daily call targets and reporting.

Candidate Requirements

• Language Proficiency
• Gujarati: Fluent (must be comfortable conversing fluently over calls).
