Job Summary

We are looking for two Junior Diploma Engineers with a background in construction to support the execution and monitoring of infrastructure-related CSR projects. The role will also involve contributing to broader CSR initiatives, documentation, and coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and supervision of CSR construction projects (schools, sanitation, community infrastructure, etc.)
• Conduct site visits and ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of work
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and local stakeholders
• Assist in project tracking, reporting, and documentation (MIS, progress reports, etc.)
• Support impact assessment and data collection for CSR initiatives
• Contribute to non-construction CSR activities such as community engagement programs and events
• Ensure compliance with organizational and statutory CSR guidelines

Key Skills \& Competencies

• Basic knowledge of construction processes and site management
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in field environments
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel to project sites

Preferred Attributes

• Exposure to CSR or development sector projects is an added advantage
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and communities
