Work Profile

• Recruit and onboard Insurance Advisors
• Identify and connect with potential candidates
• Conduct training and provide continuous support to Insurance Advisors
• Guide Advisors in lead generation and sales activities
• Support Advisors in completing business and achieving targets
• Develop and manage a strong Insurance Advisor team
• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates and team members
• Achieve monthly recruitment and business targets
