Cashier - Kuwait

Career Land Center is hiring an experienced Cashier for an F&B company in Kuwait.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused professional who can handle cashiering duties, process payments accurately, support smooth restaurant operations, and ensure a positive guest experience at the point of payment. The Cashier will play an important role in maintaining billing accuracy, proper cash handling, and professional guest interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle guest bills, payments, refunds, and transactions accurately and professionally.

Process cash, card, and other approved payment methods according to company procedures.

Ensure bills are correctly prepared, checked, and presented to guests.

Maintain accurate cash float, daily sales records, and cashier reports.

Balance cash, card slips, and system transactions at the end of each shift.

Coordinate with the service team to ensure correct billing and order charges.

Handle guest inquiries related to bills and payments politely and efficiently.

Report any billing errors, shortages, overages, or system issues to the supervisor or manager.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and work area.

Follow company policies on cash handling, discounts, voids, refunds, and approvals.

Support smooth guest flow during busy periods.

Maintain confidentiality, honesty, and professionalism at all times.

Ensure compliance with company procedures, hygiene, health, and safety standards.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, F&B Cashier, or similar role.

Strong experience in restaurants, cafés, hospitality groups, hotels, or high-volume F&B operations.

Good knowledge of billing procedures, cash handling, and payment processing.

Experience with POS systems is required.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent customer-service and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods.

Honest, reliable, organized, and professional.

Basic computer skills and ability to prepare daily cashier reports.

Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.
