Restaurant Steward / F&B Service Associate (Accommodation Provided)

Location: Alibaug, Maharashtra (Relocation from Mumbai/Navi Mumbai welcome) Salary Package: Up to ₹18,000/month (based on experience) + Free Food + Free Accommodation + Service Charge + Overtime

About the Role: We are seeking an attentive and well-groomed Steward to join the service team at our premium land-based coastal bistro in Alibaug. You will be the face of our guest experience, responsible for ensuring smooth, high-quality dining service.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests, provide menu cards, and answer basic questions about dishes.

Take and serve food and beverage orders correctly and promptly.

Set tables with appropriate cutlery, crockery, and glassware according to standard.

Clear used plates, refill water, and reset tables quickly for new guests.

Keep your assigned section clean, stocked, and organized throughout the service.

Follow strict hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards on every shift.

Requirements

Minimum 10th or 12th pass; a hospitality certificate is an advantage.

Prior experience in a restaurant, lounge, or bar setting is preferred.

Presentable appearance and a courteous, polite demeanor.

Physical stamina to carry service trays safely and remain on your feet during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

Greet guests, present menus, and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.

Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages promptly.

Set up tables with the correct tableware, glassware, and linens before service.

Clear dirty plates, wipe down tables, and reset them quickly for new arrivals.

Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area and side stations throughout the shift.

Follow standard operating procedures for hygiene, grooming, and customer service.

Requirements

Food & Beverage (F&B) Service Experience.

Qualifications

Education

Minimum 10th or 12th pass. A Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality is a strong advantage.

Experience

1 to 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage service at a reputable restaurant, cafe, or hotel.

Language

Fluency in Hindi and basic to conversational English (to confidently explain menu items and take orders).

Grooming

Excellent personal hygiene and a polished, professional appearance.
