Prior & relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry or Healthcare industry or B2C Industry would be an added advantage Strong communication in local language and interpersonal skills Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills with proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) Duties and Responsibilities: Under this Profile, Officer will be assigned & stationed in one or few hospitals to drive below actionable's: Hospital Engagement: Engage with Hospital & its various departments to build and strengthen relationship for EMI offering, IPD Cashless transactions & OPD Cashless transactions. Customer Engagement: Offer Walk-in customer of the Hospitals EMI financing or other curated products and offerings basis customer needs as well as clear customer query's. Hospital Service & Driving Key Metrics: Ensuring timely revert on Hospitals query's & Regular reporting of Key metrics to the hospitals for driving business.
