Job Description – Field Recruiter Company: CIEL HR Location: Hosur, Karnataka Position: Field Recruiter Experience: Minimum 6 months Job Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience in field recruitment, preferably in bulk hiring. Hands-on experience hiring for manufacturing industry profiles such as: Supervisors Technicians Operators and other shop-floor/manufacturing roles Strong knowledge of local candidate sourcing and field recruitment activities. Two-wheeler/Bike and valid Driving Licence (DL) are mandatory. Tamil and Kannada language proficiency is mandatory. Must be willing to travel locally for candidate sourcing and recruitment drives. Immediate joiners only. Male candidates only. Key Responsibilities Source candidates through field visits, local networks, referrals, job portals and other recruitment channels. Handle bulk hiring for manufacturing positions. Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Coordinate with clients/hiring teams to close open positions within timelines. Conduct local recruitment drives and support joining formalities. Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets. Preferred Candidate A candidate with strong field recruitment experience in Hosur/manufacturing hiring, good local connectivity, and the ability to mobilize candidates quickly.
