Role: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Location: UDC Complex, Bijnour Road, Near TVS Showroom, Lucknow Key Responsibilities: Manage post-sales relationships with clients, handling documentation, agreements, and payment follow-ups. Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates. Coordinate with internal sales and accounts teams for smooth file processing, plot/property allocation, and handover. Maintain updated databases of client interactions, bookings, and site visit updates.
