Deputy Project Manager

Position Deputy Project Manage Department Civil Reports To Leadership / Management Industry Real Estate Development Location Jaipur, Rajasthan Mandatory Qualification B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering, with a strong execution background — mandatory Preferred Qualification Additional certification in project management (e.g., PMP) — an added advantage Experience 10–15 years in building construction and project delivery, with strong scheduling, coordination, and reporting skills. Role Purpose Responsible for owning end-to-end project execution across UrbanGaon developments — including scheduling, contractor management, site coordination, quality and safety compliance, cost tracking, billing coordination, and project reporting — to ensure timely and quality delivery of project milestones. Key Responsibilities ● Own overall project execution and ensure delivery as per the approved schedule. ● Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules and milestones. ● Coordinate and manage contractors, sub-contractors, and site teams. ● Ensure quality standards are maintained across all stages of construction. ● Implement and monitor site safety protocols and compliance. ● Track project costs and monitor budget adherence. ● Coordinate billing and certification of contractor and vendor payments. ● Prepare and present regular project progress reports to leadership. ● Resolve on-site execution issues and coordinate with design and consultant teams. ● Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials for site progress. ● Drive milestone delivery and proactively flag delays or risks.
